I dati vengono automaticamente formattati secondo gli standard dell’ente di riferimento (CONI, federazioni sportive, enti di promozione).
Una volta confermato, il numero di tessera viene automaticamente archiviato nel gestionale per future riferimenti.

Il sistema monitora continuamente lo stato dei tesseramenti e identifica immediatamente eventuali problemi. In caso di errori, viene attivato automaticamente un protocollo di gestione delle eccezioni.

In caso di problemi, il sistema invia automaticamente un messaggio WhatsApp all’atleta o al genitore. Il messaggio include un link personalizzato a un modulo pre-compilato per la correzione dei dati mancanti o errati.

Una volta ricevute le correzioni, il sistema procede automaticamente con un nuovo tentativo di tesseramento. Questo processo viene ripetuto fino al successo dell’operazione, sempre mantenendo traccia di ogni tentativo.

Al completamento del tesseramento, il numero della tessera viene registrato nel database centrale.
